ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to your stay at Montville Provencal:
  • Your Suite will be serviced daily unless you request otherwise.
  • Check in time is from 2:00pm (14:00hrs)
  • Check out time is 10:30am (10:30 hrs).
  • Your reservation is confirmed once a deposit (equal to your first night's stay) is received.
  • Your deposit will be refunded if you give 21 days notice of your cancellation.
  • A cancellation fee of AUD$25 will apply.
  • We accept payment by cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard.
  • All rates are firm at time of deposit - otherwise subject to change without notice.
  • Pets and domesticated animals are not allowed.
